1 All Sales Final

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

2 Lost or Damaged Shipments

The only remedy available for a lost or damaged shipment is a replacement order through our Shipping Protection program. If you did not purchase Shipping Protection and your order is lost or damaged in transit, we are unable to issue a replacement or refund.

3 Research-Use Reinforcement

All products remain for research use only, not for human consumption or use, both prior to and following any shipment, replacement, or return. See our Terms of Service for complete research-use restrictions.
