Shipping Policy

1 Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Free standard shipping is included on all orders. Orders of $200 or more qualify for a free 2-business-day shipping upgrade.

Thrive Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery of the package to the carrier.

2 Packaging & Handling

Products are shipped as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, which is ambient-stable and does not require ice packs or refrigerated shipping. Packaging carries no external branding referencing the specific compounds contained inside.

3 Shipping Protection

Thrive Peptides offers optional Shipping Protection at checkout for a fee of 6.15% of your order subtotal. This protection is fulfilled directly by Thrive Peptides — not a third-party insurer — and covers the following:

• Lost packages: no carrier movement for 7+ business days after the last scan, or carrier-confirmed loss
• Damage in transit: products that arrive visibly damaged and unusable due to carrier handling

Shipping Protection does not cover:

• Orders with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout
• Packages marked as delivered that the customer claims were not received (porch or building theft)
• Damage that occurs after delivery
• Transit delays that do not result in a lost or undeliverable package
• Customer refusal of delivery
• Issues arising after a replacement order has been delivered

To file a claim, email support@thrivepeptides.us with the subject line “Shipping Protection Claim — Order #[your order number]”, a description of the issue, and photos if the package arrived damaged. We will review your claim within 2 business days. Approved claims are resolved by reshipping the original order at no charge. We do not issue cash refunds in lieu of a reship. Coverage is limited to one claim per order. The Shipping Protection fee is non-refundable once an order is placed.

4 Research-Use Reinforcement

All products remain intended solely for laboratory and in vitro research use, not for human or veterinary consumption, both prior to and following shipment. See our Terms of Service for complete research-use restrictions.
