A Eligibility

Participation in the Thrive Peptides Partner Program is open to anyone who creates an account through the affiliate portal. Access is granted instantly upon registration. Thrive Peptides reserves the right to suspend or revoke access at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without explanation. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction.

B Commission & Store Credit

Approved affiliates earn 10% store credit on qualifying purchases made using their unique affiliate code. Store credit is issued after a 14-day review window from the date of the referred order. Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may only be applied toward future purchases on thrivepeptides.us by the affiliate account holder. Commissions are not earned on:

• Shipping charges or applicable taxes
• Orders that are refunded, cancelled, or flagged for fraud
• Orders placed by the affiliate using their own code — Thrive Peptides reserves the right to cancel any order where a partner applies their own code at checkout and to remove that partner from the program immediately
• Orders placed during the 14-day review hold period that are subsequently refunded

C Affiliate Discount Codes

Each approved affiliate is issued a unique discount code that provides 10% off at checkout for the customer using it. Affiliate codes cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, or offers. One discount per order. Thrive Peptides reserves the right to deactivate or modify affiliate codes at any time.

D Content Responsibility

You are solely and personally responsible for the truth, accuracy, legality, and consequences of every piece of content you publish in connection with your partner code — including posts, videos, stories, messages, livestreams, and any other communication. Thrive Peptides does not control, pre-screen, approve, or supervise your content and is not responsible for anything you publish.

You agree not to:

• Represent yourself as an employee, spokesperson, or official representative of Thrive Peptides
• Register domain names, social media handles, or email addresses that could be confused with Thrive Peptides
• Misrepresent the discount amount or make false claims about the products, pricing, or program
• Engage in spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any deceptive promotional practice
• Use your own affiliate code on your own purchases to earn store credit (self-referral)

E FTC Disclosure

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to Thrive Peptides in every piece of content where you reference your partner code or Thrive Peptides products. Acceptable disclosures include #ad, #affiliate, or plain-language statements such as “I earn store credit from purchases made with my code.” Disclosures must be visible and not buried in fine print. You are responsible for complying with FTC Endorsement Guidelines and any equivalent rules in your jurisdiction.

F Tracking & Attribution

Affiliate sales are tracked via unique coupon codes. Thrive Peptides uses last-click attribution — the affiliate whose code is used at checkout receives the commission. Thrive Peptides is not responsible for lost commissions due to customer failure to apply the affiliate code, technical errors on the customer’s device, or orders placed without using the affiliate code.

G Termination

Thrive Peptides may suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these terms, promotional guideline violations, fraudulent activity, or conduct deemed harmful to the Thrive Peptides brand. Upon termination, any pending store credit that has not yet cleared the 14-day review window is forfeited. Store credit already issued prior to termination remains available for use unless the termination was due to fraud or guideline violations, in which case all store credit may be voided.

H Modifications to the Program

Thrive Peptides reserves the right to change commission rates, program terms, or discontinue the affiliate program at any time. Continued participation after any such change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated to active affiliates via email.
